Based on characters drawn by his son Jake (6), Beyond the Bunker artist and writer Steve Penfold has written and illustrated an anarchic and fun adventure story featuring the clever and honest Foxy Fox wandering about finding friends, old and new and helping them with some very poor life choices.
AND THE FOREST KREW
While all of them are silly, some have parallels with choices little people might consider (but are unlikely to pursue), This story very lightly reinforces the idea of consequence without losing it's sense of fun or adventure.
We hope that the read leaves a sense of adventure in the reader, somehow only made more exciting at the suggestion of what decisions
any adventure might encourage, it promotes fallibility with responsibility.
A bit of an epic at 38 pages of story on A4 pages (to fit all the crazy in), we are looking to raise £2000 to cover the first run of the book and the draft version of the campaign is available at the red button above.
